Mary Macuga, Director
Mary was named the Director of the Catholic Foundation in 2014, overseeing fundraising, communications and marketing for the Archdiocese of Brisbane and Centacare Social Services. Mary is a Certified Fundraising Executive and is especially passionate about bringing people together to help Catholic parishes, ministries, and agencies expand their capacity to care.

Colleen Keating, Senior Donor Relations Manager
Colleen has worked with the Catholic Foundation since 2011 in a variety of roles. As Senior Donor Relations Manager, Colleen supports people who give regularly to the charitable ministries of the Church. She is passionate about connecting people with specific programs and projects in our Church community.

Jaclyn Ritchie, Event Coordinator
Jaclyn joined the team in January 2019 to manage the variety of events the Catholic Foundation host throughout the year. These include the Assembly of Catholic Professionals luncheons, Mary MacKillop Feast Day Mass and Morning Tea, St Stephen’s Christmas Lights and other special events as they arise throughout the year.

Raushen Perera, Senior Donor Relations Manager
Raushen oversees the bequests and endowments program of the Archdiocese of Brisbane and is also responsible for a comprehensive and contemporary fundraising program for Centacare social services. She is an experienced marketing and fundraising professional with a history of working in the not-for-profit sector including education, health, social enterprise and medical research.

Jackson Hickey, Donor Relations Specialist
Jackson joined the Foundation in September 2022 and is invested in connecting people with the causes and ministries that give them joy. He is dedicated to bringing donors closer to the mission by promoting the great works of the Church in our local Archdiocese.
