You can give a Catholic education to a child in need
The MacKillop Fund was established to help families in crisis who find the dream of a Catholic education for their children far beyond their reach.
The MacKillop Fund was created in 2012, reflecting the mission of Mary MacKillop herself – to make a Catholic education available to students in the Archdiocese of Brisbane who are from families experiencing extreme and ongoing hardship due to poverty, serious health issues in the family, or family breakdown. Your support of Mary MacKillop’s legacy will help fulfil the potential of dozens of children and give them hope for the future.

How your donations help children in need
Your gifts to the MacKillop Fund help to provide Catholic education bursaries to children whose families are in crisis, and gives them the opportunity of a quality education and the comfort of a faith community; a holistic academic experience while developing their own moral compass and important life skills. The bursary includes their tuition and fees (for either primary school or high school), and local excursions. The school provides uniforms and textbooks.
